Accessibility
Our commitment to an inclusive experience and how to reach us if you need assistance.

Our commitment
Rivia is committed to making our website and services accessible to as many people as possible, including individuals with disabilities.
We believe accessibility is essential to a thoughtful customer experience and aligns with our broader values of clarity, calm design, and inclusive hospitality.
We aim to conform to widely recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, where practicable.
Accessibility measures
We take the following steps to support accessibility across our digital experience:
- Designing pages with readable typography, sufficient color contrast, and clear visual hierarchy
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images where appropriate
- Structuring content with semantic headings and labels to support screen readers and keyboard navigation
- Ensuring interactive elements — links, buttons, and forms — are operable by keyboard where possible
- Respecting reduced-motion preferences in animations and transitions where supported
- Reviewing new features and content updates with accessibility in mind
Assistive technology & compatibility
Our website is designed to work with modern browsers and commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser and keeping assistive software up to date.
Some third-party tools embedded on our site — such as payment processors or video players — are operated by external providers and may have their own accessibility characteristics.
Supported browsers
We develop and test against current versions of major browsers. We aim to support the last two major versions of:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari (macOS and iOS)
- Microsoft Edge
Older browsers may not display all visual effects correctly. Core content, navigation, and checkout flows should remain usable on supported browsers.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of our website may not yet fully meet accessibility standards. Known limitations may include:
We are actively working to identify and address barriers on an ongoing basis.
- Some decorative or secondary text may still be below ideal contrast in isolated areas
- Third-party checkout, analytics, or marketing tools that we do not fully control
- PDF or document downloads that may not be fully optimized for screen readers
- Legacy content or media that is in the process of being updated
Physical retail & events
Rivia primarily operates online. If we host pop-ups, retail partnerships, or in-person events, we strive to select accessible venues and provide reasonable accommodations where possible.
Details about accessibility for specific events will be shared in event communications when available.
Feedback & assistance
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and services. If you encounter a barrier, need assistance completing a purchase, or would like to request information in an alternative format, please contact us through our Contact page.
When reaching out, include the page URL, a description of the issue, and the assistive technology or browser you are using if applicable. This helps us investigate and respond more effectively.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within a reasonable timeframe and will work in good faith to provide an accessible solution or suitable alternative.
Ongoing efforts
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time project. We periodically review our site, train team members on inclusive practices, and incorporate accessibility considerations into design and development workflows.
This statement will be updated as we make improvements or as our practices evolve.
