Your choices at a glance
Rivia respects your privacy and gives you meaningful choices about how your information is collected, used, and shared. This page summarizes the options available to you and how to exercise them.
For full details on our data practices, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We do not sell your personal information
Rivia does not sell personal information as defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA.
We do not exchange your personal information for monetary consideration. Certain disclosures to service providers — such as analytics or advertising partners — may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some laws. Where required, you may opt out as described below.
Marketing communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any message or by contacting us.
Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional communications related to your orders, account, or customer support requests.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share
- Right to access a copy of personal information we hold about you
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
Other U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights regarding access, deletion, correction, and opt-out of targeted advertising or certain processing.
We will honor applicable rights in accordance with the law of your state of residence. Contact us using the details below to submit a request.
EEA, UK & international rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have additional rights — including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Global Privacy Control & Do Not Track
Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out preference for the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT signals; our practices are described in our Cookie Policy.
How to submit a privacy request
We aim to respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we need additional time or information, we will let you know.
- Contact us through our Contact page and select or note that your message is a privacy request
- Include your full name, email address associated with your account or orders, and the state or country of residence
