Caring for your Executive Tumbler

A tumbler you use every day earns its care through repetition, not ceremony. A few consistent habits keep the finish calm and the lid moving smoothly.

The 4-position rotating lid is designed for how tea and water actually move through a day. Fully closed seals for transit. Straw position is for chilled drinks and iced tea. Hot sip opens a direct pour for tea you have steeped. Cold sip gives a wider opening for ice and refills.

Rinse after hot tea, especially if the cup sat for an hour. Warm water and a soft brush along the inside thread prevent residue from building where the lid seals. The coated rim and inside-thread design stay cleaner than exposed steel — still, a quick rinse is faster than a deep scrub later.

The Executive Tumbler is dishwasher safe. Place it on the top rack, lid included, and skip harsh abrasive pads on the powder-coated exterior. The finish is scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof — a soft sponge preserves the matte surface you chose.

Do not microwave. Double-wall vacuum insulation is built for temperature retention, not reheating. If tea has cooled, pour a fresh steep rather than forcing heat back through the steel.

The silicone base is non-slip and replaceable in spirit — keep it free of dust and desk grit so the bottle sits steady without rocking. When the tumbler is empty, store it upright with the lid open to air-dry completely.
